Very good job. Used hot wax that definitely made the process smoother. She had some alo and mint remedies for the finishing effect which was very good too.

I was nervous about getting my first Brazilian wax, but Charlene was very professional and explained the process as we were going along which aided in the relaxation process. She The procedure was extremely efficient and relatively pain-free given that I'd heard that the first wax is always the most painful. Following this, I had the Neals Yard Facial and Back + Neck + Shoulder Aromatherapy Massage (the seasonal package offer). Charlene was very attentive as I had mentioned that my shoulders were very stiff as I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. The facial was very relaxing, detoxifying, and moisturizing. The treatment concluded with an herbal tea and a card with a positive thought to ruminate on (mine was on joy). A relaxing morning well spent at the Serenity Beauty Boutique–I'll definitely come back!

The best Hollywood wax I have ever had, extremely less painful than most I've had in the past and a lot quicker. Charlene was so lovely and friendly too, the whole experience was fab, I just wished I lived here then I would go all the time. Highly highly recommend

Great service and friendly staff! Went in for gel nails and a hollywood wax and very happy with the end result. I get nervous getting waxes and the lady (wish I got her name!) made me feel very relaxed and comfortable! 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Charlene's really friendly and professional, and runs a fabulously cosy salon. As someone who gets waxed every other month and has tried pretty much all the salons in Old Town, New Town, and Southside, I can definitely say that this is the best waxing experience I've had in Edinburgh - the hot wax she uses is far better than the Lycon in other salons, and this is also the first time that tweezers weren't used/needed at all. Won't be going elsewhere!
